Celis Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Items returned after 14 days or without tags will not be refunded or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

All sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at orders@celisjuicebar.com with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.
